The room size was quite small (i felt a bit cramped). the usb charging sockets by the bed did not function properly. i also noticed that the sounds from adjacent rooms were easily audible.

My room was small, really small actually. there wasn't a proper wardrobe, just a hanger, not ideal. I mean, seriously tiny. i wonder what the design choices were?

The staff was very friendly. Their hospitality really stood out. I had a smooth experience thanks to them. The location was also ideal, providing easy access to many key spots (especially the metro stop nearby!). Breakfast offered plenty of tasty options.
The room was quite small. Opening my suitcase was a bit of a challenge. I could hear sounds from neighboring rooms, which sometimes disturbed my sleep. It was particularly noticeable late at night, unfortunately.

The staff were really accommodating, and. They were helpful, offering assistance with luggage storage before check-in and answering questions promptly. The service was efficient and consistently cheerful.

the location was fantastic, very close to the opera house.. breakfast offered quite a nice start to the day. the staff were genuinely friendly. helpful during my time there. i also enjoyed the welcome gift of champagne and macaroons in my room, a very nice touch.

I found the location quite convenient to many attractions. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast options had enough choices for me. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee.
I had to take my luggage up one piece at a time. Two people with luggage will not fit together.
